Contra Dances in Peterborough

Dancingthread will be presenting contra dances in Peterborough throughout the year.

All dances take place at St. John's Anglican Church, 99 Brock Street, east of Water St., between Brock and Hunter Streets. (map)

Contra dance with the Squirrel Hunters!

• Saturday, November 10th, with the Squirrel Hunters, featuring Jay Edmunds , Benj and Chris.

Admission is $7 per person, $20 per family (parents with kids).

The dance will go from 8:30 till 11, with a special "contra dance basics" session at 8:00.

Beginners of all ages are welcome; all dances will be taught; no partners needed.

This is a smoke-free and alcohol-free venue.
